<p>Breakaway Fitness Ltd. is looking for two handymen to perform quality repairs, remodeling, and improvement tasks. This is a full-time and permanent position.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Providing general handy work such as maintenance, minor installations, touch up patch and paint, changing lights and other repairs, and building maintenance</p><p>Assisting with building mechanical and electrical maintenance requirements</p><p>Basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, drains)</p><p>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.</p><p>Have good experience on drywall repairs and paint, floor and tiles repairs, etc.</p><p>Building machinery inspections</p><p>Test the functionality of the facility’s alarm and fire systems</p><p>Answer urgent calls weeknights and weekends</p><p>Outdoor building maintenance</p><p>Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.</p><p>Job requirements:</p><p>Valid Drivers license mandatory and clean driving record</p><p>Set of own tools considered an asset</p><p>Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywalling, and painting</p><p>Knowledge of power tools</p><p>Able to work safely and follow safety guidelines and protocols</p><p>Positive and professional attitude</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour</p><p>Location: Yellowknife</p><p>Apply to: lubansabackup@gmail.com</p>
