If you are eager to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and grow within a dynamic company, we would love to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Inventory Management:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure efficient inventory control across multiple locations.</li><li>Maintain consistent stock levels with timely ordering, receiving, and storage of wine and spirits.</li><li>Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements, minimize wastage, and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.</li><li>Perform regular inventory audits and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts.</li><li>Analyze and report on inventory trends, product demand, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the supply chain.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Order Management:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate the order processing workflow from receipt of customer orders to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.</li><li>Oversee the order management system (OMS) to ensure orders are processed correctly, invoiced accurately, and delivered on time.</li><li>Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping delays, ensuring minimal disruption to customer service.</li><li>Monitor and optimize order lead times and customer satisfaction levels.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Information Systems Management:</b></p><ul><li>Maintain and improve the company’s information systems, including inventory, order management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.</li><li>Work with the IT team to ensure that systems are integrated, efficient, and user-friendly, and provide troubleshooting support as needed.</li><li>Train staff on proper use of internal systems, ensuring data integrity and system updates are maintained.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless information flow between systems.</li><li>Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide insights into process improvements, cost savings, and business growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Experience: Experience in operations or supply chain management is an asset. Experience in the wine and spirits industry is an asset.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and order fulfillment processes.</li><li>Proficiency in managing information systems and working with ERP or OMS software (knowledge of systems like ChannelSnap, Streak, or similar is preferred).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and use data to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.</li><li>Ability to dive deep into operational processes and systems to drive efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ontario, Canada.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer:</b></p><ul><li>$45,000-55,000 salary, bonuses and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with an exciting and growing company in the wine and spirits industry.</li><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.</li><li>Professional development opportunities and room for growth within the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>If you are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the wine and spirits industry, we want to hear from you!
