We transfer the warmth needed to make life work.</p><p></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p></p><p>The <span >Painter/Sandblaster</span> is responsible for production of various equipment for heating systems for customers across North America. </p><p><strong>Thermon Manufacturing Facility is located at 2721 Plymouth Drive, Oakville, ON L6H 5R5.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What You Will Do </strong></p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work with Enamel and Epoxy paint and wear mask and helmet that provides fresh air</li><li>Mask jobs and prepare surfaces prior to paint</li><li>Read drawings and fill out paint reports (manually)</li><li>Ready to do general assembly when the scope of operations is low and willing to be crossed trained in other production phases</li><li>Ability to do minor servicing of sandblast equipment </li><li>Crane and tow motor training is a requirement</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Standing in long hours as well as bending when necessary</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Knowledge & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School or equivalent</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Working at Manufacturing environment is an advantage</li><li>Assembly experience is preferred</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
