Safely and efficiently run and manage production processes</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p>1. Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified for</p><p>2. Maintain and report all production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data on a daily basis, per the requirements of the job assigned</p><p>3. Understand and adhere to all job instructions for any production process for which the associate has been qualified on or is training on</p><p>4. Observe and support all Sanoh America safety, housekeeping, and conduct policies</p><p>5. Understand and maintain all quality specifications for all production processes for which the associate has been qualified on or for which they are being trained on</p><p>6. Train for additional production processes, as required by supervisor or designee</p><p>7. Train other Sanoh America associates on any production process, as required by supervisor or designee</p><p>8. Use of all personal protective equipment required per the job or per general Sanoh America policies </p><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>1. Training and qualification on production jobs assigned. </p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND</strong><strong> ABILITIES </strong></p><p>1. General understanding of metric length measurement; specifically measuring length in millimeters</p><p>2. Basic reading and/or comprehension skills; able to read and/or understand job instructions and safety requirements</p><p>3. Basic math skills</p><p><strong>REQUIRED DECISION-MAKING AND ORGANIZATION IMPACT </strong></p><p>1. Inspect tubing for defects, and measure tubing using gauges, templates, or other measuring instruments to determine whether the material meets customer requirements – If decisions made are not effective, likely results include higher scrap rate, inefficiency at downstream operations, and higher chance of defective parts getting to the customer. </p><p>2. Understand job instructions for manufacturing processes – If decisions and actions are not effective, likely results include inefficiency, process downtime and repairs, higher scrap, and poor quality.</p><p><strong>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS </strong></p><p>1. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.</p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS </strong></p><p>1. Plant floor.</p><p>2. Overtime of varying levels may be required with this position. </p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>1.
