<p><strong>RQ09409 - Sr. Business Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown, Toronto</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract 7 months</strong><strong ></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Security Level CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)</strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge and experience with the following <strong>Fixing Long-Term Act 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System, Service Design Playbook.</strong></li><li>Conducting comprehensive user research with relevant end-user groups, as per <strong>Service Design Playbook (e.g., interviews, card sorting, empathy mapping).</strong></li><li>Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Applying re-engineering/lean concept<strong>s</strong> to promote business improvements through alternative, cost effective service delivery approaches</li><li>Strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders and drive negotiations to a successful outcome</li><li>Public sector experience</li></ul> <p></p>
