Ontario</strong></p> <p><strong>Closing Date/Time: <span >2025-08-18, 4:30 p.m.</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid work position - 3 days a week in office</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract 8+ months, possible extension</strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce, DevOps, Microsoft</strong> <strong>tools </strong>including <strong>Visio</strong> and <strong>Project </strong>and <strong>Miro </strong><strong>boards</strong></li><li>Experience and knowledge of the<strong> Ontario Digital Service Standard</strong>, <strong>Ontario Service Design Playbook </strong>and the <strong>Digital First Assessment</strong> product delivery approach (Pre-Discovery, Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management</li><li>Experience in Agile, SCRUM. Lean and <strong>DevOps </strong>methodologies</li><li>Experience in the development of epics, features, and user stories</li><li>Experience in the development and management of product backlogs</li><li>Experience conducting <strong>JAD </strong>sessions </li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Public Sector</strong> experience</li></ul> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
