The Senior Grower will play a critical role in leading operations, implementing best practices, and driving the success of large-scale seedling and crop production programs.</p><p><br /></p><p>This <strong>state-of-the-art production facility is poised for significant growth</strong>, currently producing 25 million softwood conifer seedlings annually, with expansion plans to increase output to <strong>34–45 million seedlings within the next four years</strong>.
