<p>Overview:<br><br>We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Telephone Representative. This position involves providing exceptional customer service over the phone and assisting customers with inquiries and sales.</p><p>Duties:<br><br>- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally<br><br>- Assist customers with product information and pricing<br><br>- Process orders and provide order status updates<br><br>- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions<br><br>- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue<br><br>- Enter customer data accurately into the system</p><p>Requirements:<br><br>- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus<br><br>- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers<br><br>- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions<br><br>- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred<br><br>- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply<br><br>- Basic data entry skills for maintaining accurate records</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p><p>Pay: $16.10-$16.50 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Secondary School (preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Call center: 1 year (preferred)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
