Our mission is to provide sustainable, effective and environmentally friendly home and personal care solutions. </p><p>We are looking for an experienced and driven <b>Procurement Manager</b> to ensure we are ready for growth in the <b>USA and Canadian markets</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>The incumbent is responsible for leading VIP’s purchasing & procurements, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services that meet our quality standards and business needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and processes that align with manufacturing and business objectives.</li><li>Continuously optimize purchasing practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance value across the supply chain.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with existing vendors.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize cost savings and mitigate supply chain risks.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, safety, and company requirements.</li><li>Analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget targets.</li><li>Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess and waste.</li><li>Partner with Production, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Sales teams to align sourcing strategies with operational needs.</li><li>Establish and track procurement KPIs, preparing regular reports on spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks for senior management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or SCM (manufacturing environment preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of developing cost-effective procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships.</li><li>Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar systems).</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials management, and supply chain logistics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Key Skills</b></p><ul><li>Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, cost modeling, and supplier performance tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier compliance requirements.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Leadership ability with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.</li><li>Familiarity with sustainability, risk management, and lean manufacturing principles is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>*** V.I.P.
