YOU could be a part of it.</b></p><p> </p><p><b>Position Summary</b>: </p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the President, the <b>Vice President of Operations</b> is a key member of the Mint Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our North American distribution network — including our in-house Distribution Centre, our dedicated 3PL-managed site, and our outsourced 3PL partner in Greer, South Carolina.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that will guide the operational direction of the business, ensuring that our distribution infrastructure, processes, and people are aligned to deliver excellence, scalability, and profitability during a major phase of growth and beyond.</p><p><br></p><p>The VP of Operations will build on a strong foundation, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, VP of ITIS, to evolve our operations strategy, strengthen performance across all sites, and empower teams to take ownership for executional excellence – all in the name of being an indispensable partner to global brands, customers, and each other.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Essential Functions:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Strategic Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute an operations strategy that supports company growth, profitability, and service excellence across all distribution sites.</li><li>Serve as a key advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on logistics, capacity planning, and operational scalability.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the supply chain, identifying opportunities for automation, process efficiency, and cost optimization.</li><li>Lead business planning and forecasting for distribution operations, partnering closely with the CFO on financial modeling, investment planning, and performance analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Operational Oversight</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the performance and operational success of three North American distribution centers: In-house Distribution Centre (67,000 sq. ft.), In-house 3PL-managed site, and Outsourced 3PL partner in Greer, South Carolina</li><li>Ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer delivery standards across all sites.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Distribution and site leaders to align operational practices, standardize SOPs, and drive accountability at all levels.</li><li>Manage vendor and partner relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and logistics providers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cost control.</li><li>Oversee capacity and resource planning to ensure the right infrastructure, staffing, and systems are in place to support business growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Customer Focus</b></p><ul><li>Ensure operational excellence that delivers consistent accuracy, timeliness, and reliability in all customer-facing activities.</li><li>Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by minimizing service disruptions and ensuring strong fulfillment performance.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve the customer experience.</li><li>Champion a customer-centric culture across all DCs, emphasizing responsiveness, communication, and service quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Budget Ownership</b></p><ul><li>Own and manage operational budgets across all distribution sites, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.</li><li>Partner with the CFO to forecast, track, and analyze key cost drivers and operational performance metrics.</li><li>Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement without compromising service quality.</li><li>Establish financial accountability at all operational levels, ensuring team leaders manage their budgets responsibly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Change Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee operational change initiatives, including process redesign, technology implementations, and site expansions, to support company growth.</li><li>Effectively plan and communicate change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Build alignment and buy-in across teams by clearly defining the “why,” “what,” and “how” of change.</li><li>Identify training and resource needs to ensure staff are prepared and empowered to adopt new systems, tools, or workflows.</li><li>Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the operations organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Team Leadership & Development</b></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and empower a team of experienced operations professionals — fostering accountability, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.</li><li>Lead a team of warehouse managers to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and success metrics to ensure strong leadership continuity across all DCs.</li><li>Promote cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless flow of information and execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Leverage technology, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve operational visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.</li><li>Drive adoption and optimization of WMS, ERP, and reporting systems to support scalable operations.</li><li>Utilize strong Excel and analytical skills to evaluate performance trends, financial impacts, and strategic opportunities.</li><li>Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Health, Safety & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (including CNESST in Quebec and applicable U.S. standards).</li><li>Maintain operational risk management, safety programs, and environmental compliance across all facilities.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Who You Are and What You’ve Already Done:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or distribution leadership within a North American context, preferably at the senior management or VP level.</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple distribution facilities and/or 3PL partners.</li><li>Strong financial and business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering with finance teams on cost analysis, budgeting, and ROI-driven initiatives.</li><li>Advanced computer proficiency, including expert-level Excel skills; </li><li>Experience with WMS and ERP systems is imperative (experience with HighJump is an asset).</li><li>Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams through growth and change.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion
